Wendy's at 1204 U.S. 377, Roanoke, Texas.

Saturday night about 10:00 my sister and I walked in to the lobby, the restaurant was clean and other than a few people we were the only ones there. No one was at the front counter but two girls at the drive thru just laughing and having a good time. They looked at us a few times and continued their laughs and conversation it was a few more minutes before one of the DT girls YELLED the front counter employees name. Never once did they say anything to us. I did tell the manager and she did apologize yet the girls thought it was funny that I spoke with the manager.
-Other than the front counter employee she was very nice and very apologetic about the situation.
Customer service is a big thing when working with the public, this place was definitely lacking there!
