I walked in today to see a single Finch in a cage. Finches are social birds and they need to be displayed with at least one other Finch. My mom and I pitied the poor creature. It's really sad to see these animals sitting in their cages either sick or alone. Also received a guinea pig from Petsmart for my birthday gift. It had passed away the next morning from being really sick. It's eyes were crusty and its rear was wet. We didn't notice how sick he was and it was really tragic. My mom and I went to Petco and adopted another guinea pig. He is happy,healthy,socialized, and still going strong. I recommend Petco over Petsmart. This is from experience and I urge you to try Petco when wanting to adopt a pet.
